  • Love and Willow Grey ship USPS Mail and a tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped.
  • All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
  • We don't ship on weekends or U.S holidays.
  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by Love and Willow Grey in the event of forces of nature or other uncontrollable events.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.
