Love and Willow Grey ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. We do not refund back to your original method of payment. Please feel free to contact us directly regarding sizes as we are more than happy to assist you with any questions.
Items can be returned within 14 days from the date your items are delivered. Items must be in *original condition within 14 days store credit. DISCOUNTED/ SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Please note, returns may take 2-5 business days to process from the date of arrival. When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or package and tracking as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves. Love and Willow Grey does not provide shipping labels for returns. Original invoice must be included in your return packages.

ONLINE RETURNS
To start a return, you can contact us at shopluxnlav@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returned items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES
Because of the rate at which items sell out we do not offer online exchanges. If you need a different size or style please return the item you want to exchange and then place a new order for the item/size you would like instead.
